HVAC Installer

We are looking for the best of the best. We deal primarily with residential replacement (retrofit) with minimal light commercial installations. We need both entry level and experienced installers. An entry level installer (helper) needs a good work ethic and personal hand tools. RMGA & EPA certification is preferred but we will help train you and pay the fees to get you certified.

An experienced installer (lead) should be a top performer, be able to lead a two-person team and have ALL the tools necessary to complete a job.  RMGA & EPA certification is required for a lead. If you are NATE Certified, congratulations and it’s definitely a plus that we pay extra for. We have very competitive wages. We are a 24/7 company so you will have an ‘on-call’ rotation but we limit your after hour emergency service calls. We can help with relocation expenses for experienced Installers.

Benefits For All Full Time Positions
We offer seven paid holidays and paid time off (which can be used for vacation, personal or sick days). We have a comprehensive benefit package including health and dental insurance. We offer a cafeteria plan for tax FREE payment of child care and non-insured medical costs. You can update your tools and education with our reimbursement programs. In addition, we back you up with a solid organization, well maintained newer trucks, and the right tools to do the job.

Please note that we do perform a pre-employment drug test and
background check
on all new employees for our customer’s protection.
